The registration fee is determined by the RoboCup Malaysia, the registration fee is depending on the moment you register. You can find the registration fees at REGISTRATION.

In general, new teams need to register through this website. New teams (teams in which every team member has never attended RoboCup before), are eligible for a team fee waiver. Registration cost of (additional) team members is not waived.

The opening hours of the venue for participants will be from 9 am to 5 pm. Team Registration and Team Setup day is on the Thursday, September 5th.

• Minimum 1 Mentor and 2 Student per team.

• Maximum team members (Mentor + Student) limit is 6.

• Mentor can have multiple team registrations (with multiple registration fees).

• Student can only register in one team in all Junior Leagues.

There is no minimum age, but the maximum age is 19. This is counted on July 1st, 2024.

Of course, mentors and parents may be older.

By Car:

• Parking Facilities: There are several parking lots available within the university campus. Participants are advised to arrive early to secure parking spots. Designated parking areas will be marked, and shuttle services may be available from remote parking lots to the event venues.

By Airplane:

• Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA): The nearest major airport is KLIA, located approximately 55 kilometers south of Universiti Malaya.

  • Airport Transfers: Participants can use various transportation services from KLIA, including taxis, ride-sharing services, and airport shuttles. A direct taxi or ride-share from the airport to Universiti Malaya takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.

  • Public Transportation from KLIA:

    • KLIA Ekspres: A high-speed train service that connects KLIA to KL Sentral station in Kuala Lumpur in about 28 minutes.

    • From KL Sentral: Participants can then take a taxi, ride-share, or the Light Rail Transit (LRT) to Universiti Malaya.

By Train:
