REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to register as a competitor for RoboCup Malaysia Open 2024, please follow the instructions below. We strongly encourage everyone to register as early as possible. Nobody will be admitted to the site and to the team areas until they are fully registered and all payments have been received.

Registration as team participants
Major Leagues
RoboCup @Home (Open Platform League)
RoboCup @Home Education (Open Category)
Registration Policies
Minimum 1 Mentor and 1 Student per team.
No maximum team member limit.
Mentor can have multiple team registrations (with multiple registration fees).
Student can only register in one team in all Major Leagues.
* RM for local Malaysia teams, USD for international teams.

How To Register Your Teams?
Steps 1: Get the following 2 files ready before proceeding to the registration.
Consent form
Please read the Consent Form.
Once reviewed, please have your mentor or representative tick the box to indicate agreement on the registration's forms.
2. Registration details
Please download the registration file “RCMY2024_Registration.xlsx”.
Fill up the registration form.
One student can only participate in one challenge.
Pay the registration fee accordingly and attach the receipt in the registration forms.
Students’ name, Mentors’ name and institution/organization information will appear on all certificates. Kindly make sure they are all spelled correctly. As for the school/organization name, it is highly recommended to use the full name instead of short abbreviations.
One RCMY2024_Registration.xlsx file for each registration. An organization can have multiple registration form.
Step 2: Zip all required files, all signed consent forms, and the RCMY2024_Registration.xlsx in the registration form. Make sure the file size is less than 100 MB. Only 1 zip file is allowed per registration.
Step 3: Fill up the online registration form below to upload your zip file.
If you want to make changes to your submission, you can submit a new one that includes the revised or updated information.
Registration Fee Payment
Please make your payment upon registering and upload your payment receipt in the registration form. The RoboCup Malaysia office will contact you once they have received your registration, required files, and receipt.
Registration as a Symposium-only participant
Invitation letters to symposium-only participants are issued to those with accepted publications. On the registration website, choose "Local Presenter" (Early Bird - MYR 1,300 or Normal - MYR 1,500) or "International Presenter" (Early Bird - USD 300 or Normal - USD 350). All registered team members are automatically admitted to the Symposium, and they do not need to register separately.

Visa's and Cancellation Policy
Participants from some countries require a visa for Malaysia. Once the team registration and member registration have been completed (received and paid in total), an invitation letter will be sent to those who requested one.
Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
