We hope to welcome over 8,000 visitors during RoboCup Malaysia Open 2024. Perhaps we can already answer some of your questions below.
When is RoboCup Malaysia Open 2024 open for visitors?
The competition and final days (September 5 - 9, 2024) are open to the public.
The opening hours on September 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
On Monday, September 9, the venue closes after the last final.
Do I need to purchase tickets beforehand?
If you want to be sure that you can enter RoboCup Malaysia Open 2024, we ask to you purchase a ticket before arriving. This way we ensure everyone's safety and opportunity to see the robots in action.
How much does a ticket cost?
The standard price of a ticket is MYR 10.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on the day of the event and sold at "Event Entrance" only.
From which age should I buy a ticket? should I buy a ticket for my child?
Tickets are sold as Standard Price for all ages (Adults / Children) which is MYR 10.
Children Below 5 years old are FREE to enter.
How do I get to the venue?
There is a bus stop right next to the venue. It is also possible to arrive by car.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Most of the venue will be accessible for wheelchairs. As the floorplan is not yet completely finalised, we cannot guarantee that everything is accessible (we definitely have the intention to make everything accessible).
Where is the venue?
The venue is at Universiti Malaysia, in the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. The address is Dewan Peperiksaan UM, 50603 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
